YOUR JOB

• Supporting the project management and technical department in all administrative and organizational matters

• Creating invoices and maintenance contracts with customers

• Obtaining and preparing quotations

• Correspondence with customers and suppliers

• Schedule management and coordination

• Internal interface between construction site and project management, accounting, controlling and purchasing

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed commercial training

• Professional experience in the field of assistance

• Very good computer skills (MS-Office 365)

• ProfiNeo and BMD knowledge is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of German

• Good knowledge of English is an advantage

• Efficient and accurate way of working

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer a minimum annual salary according to KV of 35.993,86 gross. A willingness to overpay is provided depending on education, experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
