YOUR JOB

• Project acquisition and market research:

  You will actively support project acquisition and conduct market and competition research to identify new potential.

• Creating market and sales statistics and evaluations:

  You will create market and sales statistics, evaluate relevant key figures, and present the results in a clear manner.

• Coordinating and managing appointments:

  You will coordinate and manage appointments reliably and ensure structured planning and smooth processes.

• Communication with customers and suppliers, including correspondence:

  You communicate professionally with customers and suppliers, handle correspondence, and ensure efficient coordination.

• Preparing quotations and tracking quotations:

  You prepare quotations, track them, and provide support in processing them through to successful commissioning.

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed training

• Professional experience in an assistant role desirable

• Good IT skills (MS Office 365, especially Excel)

• ProfiNeo and BMD skills an advantage

• Good German skills

• Good English skills an advantage

• Efficient and accurate working style

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer a minimum annual salary according to KV of 38.183,60 gross. A willingness to overpay is provided depending on education, experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
