BIM project engineer in electrical engineering

YOUR JOB

• Development and implementation of project-specific BIM execution plans (BEP) for the ELT area

• Support of project teams in resource planning and structuring of BIM processes

• Training and consulting of specialist planners in BIM standards and modeling guidelines

• Coordination and quality assurance of electrical engineering models (e.g., lighting, power distribution, security technology)

• Ensuring compliance with client and project standards in the model

• Performing model checks and clash detections in coordination with other trades

• Working closely with company-wide BIM management to implement and further develop the BIM strategy

• Collaborating on the standardization of BIM workflows, data structures, and content libraries

• Supporting the integration of digital processes in planning, tendering, and execution

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed electrical engineering training

• Several years of professional experience in model-based planning (BIM), ideally in building services engineering or electrical planning

• Knowledge of national and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650)

• Confident handling of IFC data, BCF workflows, and CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Docs, Trimble Connect)

• Structured, results-oriented approach to work with a high degree of initiative

• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and enthusiasm for digital innovations

SALARY

You can expect a varied role in a professional and friendly working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will make it easier for you to settle into our company and your area of work. For this position, we offer a minimum gross annual salary of € 72,800, which may be significantly higher depending on your experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
