YOUR JOB

• Development and Implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP):
  You develop and implement project-specific BIM Execution Plans for electrical engineering projects.

• Resource Planning and BIM Process Management:
  You support project teams in resource planning and ensure the structured and efficient implementation of BIM processes.

• Training and Consulting on BIM Standards:
  You train and advise planners on BIM standards and modelling guidelines, sharing your expertise across project teams.

• Coordination and Quality Assurance of BIM Models:
  You coordinate electrical engineering models and ensure quality in areas such as lighting, power distribution, and security systems.

• Compliance with Project and Client Standards:
  You ensure that all client and project standards are consistently applied within BIM models.

• Model Reviews and Clash Detection:
  You perform model reviews and clash detection analyses and coordinate closely with all project stakeholders.

• Collaboration with BIM Management:
  You work closely with the company-wide BIM management team and support the implementation and further development of our BIM strategy.

• Standardisation of BIM Workflows and Data Structures:
  You actively contribute to the development and standardisation of BIM workflows, data structures, and content libraries.

• Integration of Digital Processes:
  You support the integration of digital processes across planning, tendering, and execution and help drive our digital transformation forward.

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed electrical engineering training

• Several years of professional experience in model-based planning (BIM), ideally in building services engineering or electrical planning

• Knowledge of national and international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650)

• Confident handling of IFC data, BCF workflows, and CDE platforms (e.g., Autodesk Docs, Trimble Connect)

• Structured, results-oriented approach to work with a high degree of initiative

• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and enthusiasm for digital innovations

SALARY

You can expect a varied role in a professional and friendly working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will make it easier for you to settle into our company and your area of work. For this position, we offer a minimum gross annual salary of € 72,800, which may be significantly higher depending on your experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
