YOUR JOB

Safety specialist in accordance with ASchG: You contribute your expertise as a safety specialist and ensure
that legal requirements are reliably complied with and safely implemented.
Ongoing HSE activities: You take on the ongoing HSE agenda on our construction sites and
ensure that safety and health are always the top priority.
Training and instruction: You conduct practical training and instruction and develop suitable documentation to strengthen our team in the long term.
Investigation of safety-related incidents: You will analyse safety-related incidents, derive effective measures from them
and ensure their consistent implementation.
Further development of the safety culture: You will actively shape our safety culture within the company, provide
new impetus and support initiatives in the area of occupational health and safety.
Preparation of reports and analyses: You will prepare meaningful reports and analyses that serve as a sound
basis for decisions on further improvements.
Maintenance and further development of the QM system: Together with our quality manager, you will support the further development of our integrated QM system and contribute to the continuous optimisation of processes.

YOUR SKILLS

Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, FH)
Training and several years of professional experience as a safety specialist
Construction site experience and technical understanding of building services, installation or electrical engineering
• Very good teamwork and communication skills
Independent and proactive approach to work
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Austria and Germany, as well as a Class B driving licence
Very good MS Office user skills
Good English skills are an advantage

SALARY

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer a minimum annual salary of € 63,000 gross, which can be significantly higher depending on your experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
