YOUR JOB

Automation & AI Solutions: You identify, evaluate, and implement use cases for automation and AI support across various business areas.
AI Tools & Platforms: You evaluate new AI solutions, implement them, and continuously enhance existing applications.
Data Protection & Compliance: You ensure that data protection, compliance, and governance guidelines are followed.
IT Infrastructure & Support: You assist with the maintenance and further development of our IT landscape as well as with internal IT support.
IT Projects & Rollouts: You actively participate in projects, migrations, and the introduction of new technologies.
Documentation & Knowledge Management: You create and maintain technical documentation, guides, and best-practice materials.
Technology & Innovation: You analyze new trends and developments in the field of artificial intelligence and evaluate their potential for our company.
Training & User Support: You support colleagues in using AI solutions and conduct hands-on training sessions.

YOUR SKILLS

Completed IT education (HTL, FH, university) or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the IT field
In-depth knowledge of modern AI technologies and tools (Microsoft 365 & Power Automate, Copilot, Claude, etc.)
Strong understanding of the role of AI and automation as enablers within organizations
Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong ability to execute tasks and a sense of responsibility
Communication skills and a passion for cross-functional collaboration
Very good German language skills (at least B2) and good English language skills (B1)

SALARY

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer a minimum annual salary of € 58.800 gross, which can be significantly higher depending on your experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
