YOUR JOB

Project Management Support: You’ll be the right-hand person for day-to-day operations—from client contact and correspondence to handling inquiries.
Project Planning and Monitoring: You’ll keep track of everything and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Coordination with Internal and External Partners: You coordinate with colleagues, suppliers, and partners to ensure everything is organized optimally.
Liaison between the office and the construction site: You ensure a smooth flow of information and keep all stakeholders up to date.
Management and coordination of installation companies: You handle coordination and ensure that everything runs according to plan.
Creating staff schedules: You plan the optimal deployment of the team to ensure efficient project execution.
Assisting with technical planning activities: Together with our technical team, you will assist with technical planning and prepare to take on individual planning tasks independently.

YOUR SKILLS

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
Ideally professional experience in project management or construction site experience
Strong communication and assertiveness skills
Very good written and spoken German
Self-reliance and a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to travel

SALARY

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer a minimum annual salary of € 55,000 gross, which can be significantly higher depending on your experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
