YOUR JOB

• National/international legal project support (support for our project management)

• Review and out-of-court negotiation of customer and supplier contracts

• Legal analysis of tender documents

• Interface with external consultants and authorities

• Research in various areas of law

• Supplement management (in particular additional cost claims)

• Internal legal training

• CPM (planning, management, control, improvement of company performance, etc., in particular compliance with new regulations, guidelines, etc.)

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed legal studies

• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the building/construction industry

• Independent and structured way of working

• Willingness to take on personal responsibility

• Flexibility & ability to work in a team

• Good written and spoken German and English

• Out-of-court negotiation skills

SALARY

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer a minimum annual salary according to KV of € 45.068,- gross. A willingness to overpay is provided depending on education, experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
