YOUR JOB

Strategic and operational management of the building automation department
Technical management and supervision of projects in the field of building automation, including responsibility for results and turnover
Technical and disciplinary management of the building automation team
Resource and deployment planning, as well as ensuring the technical qualifications of the team
Customer support for existing and new customers, as well as support for sales in technical matters and quotation processes
Active sales of MSR solutions to new and existing customers

YOUR SKILLS

Completed training in electrical engineering or building services engineering
Relevant experience in the planning and implementation of MSR projects
Professional experience in planning – preferably in building services engineering
Leadership skills with strong teamwork and communication skills
Independent, organised and accurate way of working
Good knowledge of English

SALARY

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer an annual salary of € 88,000 gross. There is a willingness to overpay depending on education, experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
