YOUR JOB

• First point of contact for IT problems encountered by our colleagues

• Documentation and management of all inquiries using a ticket system

• Identification and analysis of errors and independent rectification of fault reports

• Creating training documents and conducting training courses for our employees

• Installation and configuration of hardware and software solutions (clients, printers, mobile devices, telephone system) and their commissioning

• Collaboration on IT projects

• Workplace management (workstations, hardware, etc.)

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed IT training (lateral entrants with a strong affinity for IT are also welcome)

• Ideally initial professional experience in IT troubleshooting

• Very good IT skills (hardware and Microsoft products)

• High service and solution orientation

• Reliability and ability to work in a team

• Friendly demeanor

• Very good knowledge of German
