YOUR JOB

Project Management: You will be responsible for the technical and commercial implementation of projects in the fields of photovoltaics and electrical engineering (building services).
Project Management & Quality Assurance: You’ll monitor construction progress, deadlines, and costs, and
handle orders, measurements, invoice verification, and project billing. You’ll also
ensure a high standard of workmanship on the construction site.
Actively Contributing to Sales: You’ll play an active role in sales—from handling inquiries and
preparing quotes to assisting with customer acquisition.
Coordination & Team Collaboration: You’ll assist in coordinating our Green Energy Team (Engineering & Installation), particularly with scheduling and coordination on construction sites.
Controlling & Reporting (project-based): You keep an eye on the financial progress of your projects
and prepare project-specific analyses.
Communication & Customer Service: You serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and ensure
smooth coordination with clients, partners, and internal departments.

YOUR SKILLS

Completed technical training with a specialization in electrical and environmental engineering
Several years of experience in the field of PV systems and/or renewable energy
Certification in PV technology
Leadership and project management experience
Basic business knowledge
A competent demeanor and professional interaction with customers and contractors
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and a sense of responsibility
Ability to work independently, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility, willingness to travel, and a Class B driver’s license

SALARY

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer an annual salary of € 80.850 gross. There is a willingness to overpay depending on education, experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
