YOUR JOB
Assembly management for large-scale projects: You will oversee large construction sites on site and take responsibility for ensuring that everything runs smoothly—supported by an experienced team that will be there to assist you in the background.
Personnel planning and coordination: You will lead a multidisciplinary team – from site managers and installation teams from various trades to subcontractors and commissioning teams.
Team growth: You will support your team not only in their daily work, but also in their professional and personal development. With your commitment, you promote cohesion, develop skills, and thus contribute significantly to our joint success.
Solution-oriented with vision: You recognize potential early on and actively contribute suggestions for improvement. In doing so, you not only create stability and quality in everyday project work, but also drive the continuous optimization of processes and results.
Defining assembly processes: You design efficient processes and ensure timely implementation.
Performance and quality control: You maintain an overview and ensure that everything runs according to the highest standards.
Construction site correspondence: You are responsible for measurements, construction logs, and progress reports.
Preparing addenda and revision documents: You ensure complete documentation.
Material management: You order and manage materials independently.
Participating in construction meetings: You are responsible for ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations and actively contribute your expertise.
YOUR SKILLS
Completed electrical engineering training (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL, etc.)
Several years of relevant professional and management experience on large construction sites in the field of electrical engineering
Extensive understanding of commissioning/start-up processes
Experience in cross-trade scheduling and detailed planning in the Last Planner System
High sense of responsibility, accuracy, independent working style & leadership skills
Flexibility/willingness to travel and driver's license B
Good MS Office 365 skills
Very good English skills, German an advantage

SALARY
You can expect a varied role in a professional and friendly working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will make it easier for you to settle into our company and your area of work. For legal reasons, we would like to point out that the minimum wage for 2025 (for full-time employment of 38.5 hours) for this position is 3,726.84 gross + allowances per month. We will agree on the actual remuneration together in a personal interview, depending on your qualifications and experience.
