YOUR JOB

Team leadership: You will lead a project team of 2–5 project managers and junior project managers in terms of technical and personnel matters and actively support them in their daily work.
Project responsibility: You will assume overall responsibility for challenging projects in electrical engineering/building services engineering across all project phases – from planning to commissioning.
Costs & budget: You will be responsible for the costs and budget of your projects and ensure that they are carried out in a cost-effective manner.
Deadlines, costs & quality: You will manage deadlines, costs, and quality, identify risks at an early stage, and initiate appropriate measures.
Customer communication: You will be the central point of contact for clients and ensure professional coordination and communication throughout the entire project.
Mentoring & training: You will see yourself as a mentor, coach, and trainer and promote the professional and personal development of project managers and junior project managers.
Sales & customer development: You are responsible for maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships, advising customers on technical and commercial matters, and actively participating in the acquisition of new projects, the preparation of quotations, costing, and contract negotiations.

YOUR SKILLS

Completed vocational training in electrical engineering
Certified project manager (IPMA or similar) is an advantage
Several years of professional experience as a project manager in electrical engineering/building services engineering, as well as in leading larger project teams
Independent, structured, and entrepreneurial approach to work
Negotiation skills and strong communication and organizational skills
Flexibility/willingness to travel and driver's license B
Very good written and spoken German
Good English skills

SALARY

You can expect a varied job in a professional and familiar working environment. Furthermore, our established onboarding process will facilitate your entry into our company and your field of work. For this position we offer an annual salary of € 100.000 gross. There is a willingness to overpay depending on education, experience and motivation. The salary will be agreed in a personal interview.
